Strategic Finance Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; Dallas, Texas listed as the role location. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; H1-B visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annual base pay, adjusted based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and board reporting processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to finance leadership and executive management based on financial analysis.
• Assess company performance against annual budgets and long-term strategy, recommending adjustments.
• Conduct variance analysis and coordinate financial information and forecasts with finance and business partners.
• Manage, coach, and develop finance team members while promoting independent and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Lead ad-hoc, cross-functional projects and prepare concise presentations for decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business finance, consulting, or a related area.
• Experience leading a finance team through successful outcomes.
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, and proficiency with financial management software such as NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, presentation, partnership, and influencing skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; H1-B visa sponsorship is unavailable.
