FP&A

Location: New York, NY, United States. On-site position.

Salary: $115,000–$136,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global builds and operates large-scale compute infrastructure for frontier AI, including power acquisition, data center design, construction, and operations.

What you will do

• Build the FP&A function, including the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting cadence, and long-range financial model.
• Consolidate financial inputs from Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance across business units and geographies.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and own the end-to-end P&L bridge.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support capital allocation and growth investment decisions.
• Maintain KPI frameworks and performance dashboards using NetSuite and other systems.
• Prepare board and investor reporting materials that translate operational data into a clear financial narrative.

Requirements

• Experience building three-statement financial forecast models and explaining the assumptions behind them.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to communicate financial conclusions clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building and updating models under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY.

• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, AI/ML, or other capital-intensive sectors.
• Pigment experience.
