What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for critical and/or high-priority roles, including sourcing, engagement, and closing in competitive markets.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers on key searches and maintain strong candidate experience from outreach through close.
- Carry a meaningful requisition load while guiding and supporting a team of recruiters.
- Set and enforce expectations for quality, consistency, and speed; review recruiting output and provide real-time feedback and coaching.
- Drive consistency in interview processes, evaluation standards, and execution quality; ensure loops are structured and high-signal for technical depth and accuracy.
- Act as a final layer of judgment for recruiting execution quality and ensure accuracy and professionalism in candidate communication.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments.
- Strong track record as an individual contributor (IC) in recruiting.
- Experience mentoring or leading recruiters (formal or informal).
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistency under pressure while managing both execution and oversight.
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and comfort without close supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
