Lead Recruiter

Location: Burlingame, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 estimated base salary annually, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for critical and high-priority technical roles.
• Source, engage, and close top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers on key searches.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience from outreach through closing.
• Guide and support recruiters through coaching, feedback, and quality reviews.
• Standardize recruiting processes, interview loops, evaluation standards, and candidate communications.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments.
• Strong individual-contributor performance and experience carrying a meaningful requisition load.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading recruiters, formally or informally.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance recruiting execution with team oversight and operate independently.
