TL;DR
Senior IT Specialist (Cloud, Networks, and Endpoint Security): Supporting and enhancing IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and end-user systems in a hybrid Taguig City role with an accent on helpdesk support, identity management, SaaS administration, and IT asset lifecycle management. Focus on maintaining secure and reliable systems, automating operational processes, resolving connectivity issues, and supporting endpoint protection, patching, and compliance.
Location: Hybrid in Taguig City, Philippines; periodic travel to other offices and off-hours maintenance may be required.

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and SaaS applications.
- Maintain cloud platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, identity services, access permissions, backups, monitoring, and security controls.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with network security and access management.
- Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, deployment, tracking, maintenance, replacement, return, and decommissioning.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability remediation, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Document incidents, resolutions, procedures, and asset records accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience supporting Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
- Experience with automation engineering, switches, and network technologies.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and SSO.
- Strong understanding of system and application integration and automation engineering.
- Ability to work off hours for maintenance and projects and travel periodically to other offices.
