TL;DR
Systems Support Analyst: Maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for Cebu-based operations with an accent on hardware/software troubleshooting, network support, and end-user training. Focus on ensuring maximum uptime for business and call center operations through both onsite and remote technical assistance.
Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines. Role requires a mix of onsite, remote, and field support.

What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues to Cebu-based end users.
- Perform onsite and remote support for Cebu and APAC offices, including emergency on-call duties.
- Install, maintain, and document IT assets, including inventory management and repair logs.
- Manage user accounts, security compliance, and password access protocols.
- Train end users on basic tools including laptops, telephones, and video conferencing systems.
- Analyze and assign 1st line help desk tickets while providing feedback to the support group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant technical certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and MacOS environments.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as A+, MCP, or Network+.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, LANDDESK, or similar management software.
- Previous exposure to call center technologies and processes.
