Consultant Senior, Systems Operations Lead (Fintech)

Location: Makati, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Monitor and support production systems to maintain continuous availability and optimal performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system processing errors and incidents within defined service levels.
• Execute job scheduling, batch processing, system checks, and other operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Strengthen ITIL service management, incident escalation, and service request processes.
• Manage daily team operations, documentation, scheduling, KPIs, and weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows commands, production control tools, and system processing error analysis.
• Knowledge of financial services and mainframe or open-systems operating environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and experience applying service management practices in operational environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and preparing datasets for service ticket and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool, plus strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
