What you will do

• Design, configure, test, document, implement, and maintain complex network designs and components.
• Install, support, and secure LAN and WAN communications across a global 24x7 high-availability transaction network.
• Analyze network issues, isolate root causes, determine action priorities, and initiate corrective measures.
• Provide technical analysis and strategies to restore or activate services during interruptions.
• Manage complex network project tasks with internal and external clients and translate business requirements into network requirements.
• Generate network performance, troubleshooting, and maintenance reports while collaborating with telecommunications, LAN, transmission, and RF specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6–8 years of enterprise networking experience and/or a bachelor’s degree.
• Expertise in complex network problem solving, configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work within the demands of a global 24x7 high-availability transaction-oriented network.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and provide mentorship to entry- and lower-level team members.
