What you will do

• Execute purchasing strategies and procure materials and services for operational and project requirements.
• Analyze requisitions, supply plans, and demand requirements for domestic and international purchases.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and quality requirements.
• Build supplier relationships and resolve delivery, quality, invoicing, and contract compliance issues.
• Conduct market research and value analysis to identify cost reductions and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Support make-versus-buy evaluations, alternative sourcing, and procurement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent progressive procurement experience with a high school diploma or GED may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or purchasing systems; SAP is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization is required.
