Talent Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Own the outreach strategy to identify and engage top-tier software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from writing outbound pitches and conducting initial screens to pipeline management and offer closing.
• Implement AI and automation tools to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to calibrate on roles and use data to identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while effectively communicating the company mission.

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming degree from a top-tier university.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and experienced professionals.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, response rates, and process optimization.
• High learning agility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Natural drive, grit, and comfort with ambiguity.
