Location: On-site in San Francisco, United States; US work authorization required

Salary: $140K–$160K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates across engineering, product, customer success, operations, implementations, support, and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Guide candidates through an exceptional hiring experience and promote an inclusive, transparent process.
• Build hirify.global's local recruiting presence through events, networks, and market engagement.
• Track recruiting metrics and collaborate with the People Team and leadership to improve scalable hiring operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions.
• Multiple experiences recruiting for technology startups.
• Proven success hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Experience with Ashby and a strong commitment to data integrity and recruiting metrics.
• Must have and maintain US work authorization and work onsite in the San Francisco office.
