Talent Partner (Sourcer) (AI)

Location: Seattle HQ; hybrid, in office Tuesday–Thursday

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Identify, engage, and nurture approximately 100 qualified candidates per week through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and other sourcing channels.
• Build personalized outreach campaigns that convert passive candidates into active pipeline.
• Focus primarily on Engineering sourcing while supporting Product, Design, and GTM hiring as needed.
• Build and document repeatable sourcing and candidate coordination processes.
• Support automation of candidate and interview coordination to reduce manual work.
• Maintain clean, current ATS records in Ashby or an equivalent platform and partner with hiring leaders.

Requirements

• Internship, agency, or early in-house experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related talent function.
• Comfort and curiosity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Juicebox and ATS platforms such as Ashby.
• Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach.
• Interest in AI and its impact on recruiting.
• High energy, coachability, and a growth mindset.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Prior sourcing experience for Engineering or other technical roles.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Familiarity with Ashby and activity in talent or recruiting communities.
