Senior Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: On-site in New York City; candidates located in or open to relocating to the listed location are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $130K–$165K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse, specialized, one-off, and leadership-level sehirify.globales.
• Partner with senior leaders on role definition, hiring strategy, and talent evaluation.
• Build sourcing strategies, maintain healthy pipelines, and provide recruiting insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver a structured and thoughtful candidate experience.
• Improve and operationalize recruiting processes, tools, and best practices as the company scales.
• Coach interviewers and hiring managers while mentoring junior recruiting teammates.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing or dynamic company.
• Demonstrated success hiring for specialized or executive-level roles and partnering with company executives.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort navigating ambiguous or newly created roles.
• Excellent communication, organization, judgment, prioritization, and independent execution.
• Ability to work on-site daily in the New York City office.
