Recruiter (AI)

Location: New York Office; full-time on-site in NYC

Salary: $80K–$170K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Talent on recruiting across the company.
• Source candidates for technical and business roles.
• Manage and develop candidate pipelines throughout the hiring process.
• Help establish recruiting foundations as the company rapidly scales its headcount.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience at a seed or Series A/B company, or at a recruiting agency focused on technology startups in NYC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong logical reasoning and the ability to break complex concepts down into fundamental elements.
• Curiosity, fast learning ability, and interest in people and AI.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in NYC.
