Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Engineer and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on the hirify.global Platform.
• Work directly with customers to design and deliver production applications, demonstrations, and proofs-of-technology.
• Conduct design and code reviews and improve customer applications through troubleshooting and testing.
• Lead technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers, write technical documentation, and identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to improve hirify.global software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a comparable field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in STEM or a comparable field.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale applications or working in customer-facing roles.
• Software development experience with JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
