Client Solutions Analyst

What you will do

• Document client requirements and identify their impact on the benefits administration system.
• Recommend system solutions and configure benefit plans, coverage tiers, rates, eligibility rules, waiting periods, billing groups, and payroll settings.
• Implement and maintain client business rules, portals, and enrollment transactions.
• Configure confirmation statements, enrollment steps, effective dates, and enrollment dates.
• Implement inbound and outbound demographic and deduction vendor files.
• Test HRally enhancements, coordinate functionality with product development, and troubleshoot client system and process inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of technical experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience interpreting business requirements and working with system configurations.
• Ability to verify configuration accuracy and investigate system issues.

Nice to have

• Basic or beginner SQL knowledge.
