Renewals Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Mumbai, India

What you will do

• Manage customer contract renewals and negotiate renewal terms with key clients and senior-level executives.
• Build long-term customer relationships to maximize retention and revenue opportunities.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and legal teams on strategic retention plans.
• Use customer health data to proactively engage at-risk accounts and improve retention.
• Maintain account and contact information throughout the customer lifecycle in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of renewals or account management experience in a SaaS organization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of software products and target industries to support customer retention.
