What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using 6sense and Outreach.io to identify growth potential within existing accounts.
  • Cultivate long-term consultative partnerships with the company's largest customers to foster loyalty and growth.
  • Analyze customer business needs and technical challenges to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to closing deals and post-sale account management.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Resolve customer issues within the support scope to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing customer relationships through upselling and consultative solution selling.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales and a diverse portfolio of business accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, or 6sense.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with web hosting, WordPress, domain management, or general SaaS solutions.
