Manager, Consolidations & Reporting (US - Remote)

Location: Remote USA; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year, with potential annual performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage month-end consolidations, financial statements, disclosures, and quarterly and annual reporting.
• Research technical accounting topics, prepare accounting whitepapers, and develop and implement accounting policies under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Support the annual goodwill impairment study and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Partner with corporate accounting, financial systems, revenue, tax, and FP&A teams on reporting requirements.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate consolidations and reporting team members.
• Identify and implement business process improvements and support special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 years of accounting experience, including public accounting or relevant SEC reporting experience.
• Experience supervising significant areas of accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting under US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff.

Nice to have

• CPA designation or CPA candidacy.
• Master’s degree.
