Senior Financial Reporting Manager

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, and reporting packages.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Research complex accounting guidance, prepare accounting memoranda, and support conclusions for significant transactions.
• Coordinate external audits, manage audit requests, and review supporting schedules and technical accounting analyses.
• Prepare disclosures, management reports, board materials, and lender reporting.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and support internal controls over financial reporting, including remediation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements, disclosures, and audit support materials.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex accounting matters clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Big 4 audit or advisory experience.
• Experience with Yardi, BlackLine, Workiva, HFM, OneStream, or similar ERP and reporting systems.
• SEC reporting, IPO readiness, or high-growth private company experience.
• Experience with consolidations, multi-entity reporting, or international operations.
• CPA certification.
