What you will do

• Create monthly work plans across power, radio, and electronics based on demand forecasts and field capacity.
• Use reports and technology systems to perform root cause analysis and manage delivery risks.
• Identify demand-to-forecast imbalances, agree corrective actions, and improve planning performance and accuracy.
• Align supply with the loaded plan through supply moves, shrinkage management, planned overtime allocation, and working-time-rule mitigation.
• Resolve day-to-day planning issues, manage escalations, and escalate delivery problems to field delivery teams.
• Provide delivery updates to programme teams and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Be conversant with the latest Microsoft packages.
• Provide insight and analysis using data from multiple sources.
• Understand how technology systems connect, including FOS, SWDT, WFMT, and field scheduling systems.
• Work with ASG teams to proactively identify and rectify system issues.
• Participate in and facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Contribute to best-practice solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
