What you will do

• Lead data capture, validation, and governance to improve installed base and customer dataset quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools for automated, real-time performance visibility.
• Identify and implement automation and process digitisation opportunities to reduce manual effort and cycle times.
• Analyse commercial and operational data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Drive adoption of digital tools (SAP, C4C, and related systems) across Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Own quotation preparation and quality, and manage the full enquiry-to-order process including negotiation support and order acceptance.

Requirements

• Mechanical degree (ideally).
• Expertise in data analysis (Excel, Power BI) and translating insights into commercial value.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and digital workflows.
• Process mapping and an automation mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding.
• Exposure to digital transformation or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Understanding of data governance and system integration.
