Staff Financial Analyst (Workforce Solutions)

Salary: $154,000–$208,500 annually base pay

What you will do

• Advise QuickBooks Workforce Solutions leadership on one- and three-year strategic planning.
• Identify business growth risks and opportunities and support data-driven investment decisions.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to define and monitor key performance indicators.
• Build financial models for promotions, pricing, sales channels, and product development decisions.
• Prepare month-end close packages, variance explanations, and other financial reporting deliverables.
• Improve and automate finance processes and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of FP&A experience or related corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics experience.
• At least 4 years of financial forecasting or analytical modeling experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, communication, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Hyperion Essbase experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage and execute projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a Human Capital Management business.
• Experience in high-growth software or SaaS environments.
• Hyperion Essbase experience.
