What you will do

• Manage energy contract portfolios across the EMEA region.
• Validate utility bills, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and Energy Service Agreement (ESA) invoices.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and support the resolution of invoice queries.
• Track key milestones, including Conditions Precedent and Commercial Operation Dates.
• Maintain portfolio trackers and provide operational analysis and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate actions across finance, legal, procurement, and project delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or commercial operations within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or renewable energy.
• Proven experience working with financial data, invoices, and operational trackers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly with international and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for the UK (London), France (Paris), or Ireland (Dublin).
