Oracle Fusion Application Support & Product Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; hybrid work with occasional onsite presence required for stakeholder workshops, testing cycles, and vendor coordination.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries and incident intake across enterprise applications.
• Triage, diagnose, resolve, and document Level 1 incidents in a live production environment.
• Draft and maintain functional requirements for application enhancements and fixes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered changes against business needs.
• Monitor system health metrics and maintain the support ticket pipeline.
• Prioritize backlog items, support release planning, and provide status updates to stakeholders and delivery partners.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications; Oracle Fusion experience is preferred.
• Experience in Level 1 or application support within a live production environment.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing third-party deliverables.
• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and UAT coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticket workflows, SLA reporting, and accurate documentation.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree or professional certification in IT, business analysis, or product management.
• Public-sector or government-facing experience.
