TL;DR
SAP Business Analysis Professionals (SAP) (S/4HANA Finance): Delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and configuring SAP FICO solutions with an accent on financial process integration, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on leading project lifecycles, challenging and prioritizing business requirements, and ensuring accurate UAT outcomes across finance and technology.
Location: Istanbul / Maslak, Turkey; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Analyze finance processes and bridge business needs with SAP technology in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
- Deliver S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, including Central Finance implementations.
- Design and configure SAP FICO solutions and their integration aspects.
- Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities, including scoping, scheduling, resource planning, budget control, risk management, and change requests.
- Apply SAP best practices, template standards, governance frameworks, and agile delivery practices.
- Challenge and prioritize requirements, prepare backlog items, evaluate process changes, and support UAT.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, economics, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar SAP business analysis role.
- Configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Core FI, including GL, AR/AP, tax and legal reporting, bank account management, IFRS reporting, asset accounting, IFRS 16, consolidation, ICMR, FCC, SAC Reporting, and SAC Planning.
- Hands-on experience activating standard SAP Fiori applications and understanding Fiori Launchpad, user roles, and authorization concepts.
- Experience with agile, backlog-driven environments, end-to-end finance process flows, UAT, and stakeholder alignment.
- English is required for communication with stakeholders and development teams.
Nice to have
- Integration knowledge of TRM, CM, MM, and SD.
- Basic knowledge of SAP UI5, OData services, and the Gateway framework.
- SAP Certification.
