Associate Commercial Analyst

What you will do

• Support target setting and performance tracking for the Property Inside Sales and Jobs verticals.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports covering sales productivity, operational KPIs, and commercial metrics.
• Analyze high-volume, multi-source datasets to identify business opportunities, inefficiencies, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor competitor performance, pricing strategies, and business models, providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and the Central Data Team on data-driven decisions and reporting solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, business reviews, client proposals, sales enablement, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, or sales enablement within an internet, e-commerce, or digital media company.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence dashboard tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with heavy data and produce actionable business recommendations.
• Knowledge of commercial and financial concepts, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple analytical projects.
