Focus on developing the CRM roadmap, optimizing sales lifecycle workflows, building executive dashboards, and translating stakeholder needs into system solutions.

What you will do
- Lead the CRM team and define and execute the CRM roadmap.
- Drive automation and process improvements across leads, opportunities, proposals, contracts, and sales orders.
- Establish CRM governance standards and maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Translate business needs into CRM solutions in collaboration with Business Development, Bidding & Proposals, Sourcing, Contracts, and leadership teams.
- Deliver executive dashboards, sales forecasts, and pipeline analytics.
- Manage IT and Microsoft partner relationships for enhancements and integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or business systems.
- Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
- Experience with process automation, data governance, and CRM optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
