Process Control Professionals (SAP ERP)

Location: Istanbul, Maslak; hybrid working model. Work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model are available as part of the flexible hybrid arrangement.

What you will do

• Analyze finance processes, financial flows, and IFRS-driven business requirements for ERP solutions.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable, compliant system and process designs.
• Represent finance process requirements in transformation and ERP initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, ERP analysts, and development teams to implement and improve solutions.
• Assess financial, operational, and system impacts of process changes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support backlog refinement, UAT, and business validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, financial controlling, or similar finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial reporting principles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and financial flows, with analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on ERP experience; SAP experience is an advantage. Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, agile or backlog-driven environments, UAT, or business validation is preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
