What you will do

  • Maintain accurate CRM data across leads, opportunities, proposals, contracts, and sales orders.
  • Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot CRM issues.
  • Develop standard reports, dashboards, views, and charts.
  • Configure routine CRM automations and monitor transaction progress.
  • Create user guides, procedures, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator, Analyst, or Specialist.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with CRM reporting, data management, and automation.
  • Good understanding of the lead-to-cash process.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator.
  • Based in the United Arab Emirates.
