What you will do

• Execute engineering splits on development lots and own lots during high-voltage process and device development.
• Perform device testing and prepare engineering reports.
• Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams to investigate process and reliability issues.
• Support high-voltage test structure layout and optimize devices.
• Develop expertise in high-voltage process and device integration.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• 2–3 years of experience in process integration or technology development.
• Good understanding of CMOS and high-voltage process schemes and device physics.
• Good understanding of design of experiments for process development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
