Foundry Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support MPS new product tape-outs, engineering lots, process settings, and on-time lot delivery at the foundry.
• Coordinate new product release, production ramp-up, qualification, and capacity expansion.
• Review PCM, test data, critical process parameters, and trend charts for prototype, engineering, and production lots.
• Monitor foundry process stability, capacity, and product yield trends.
• Collaborate with MPS FE, PE, FA, TD, RET, packaging, and foundry teams to resolve low-yield issues.
• Develop new technologies, coordinate key process module setup, review project milestones, and drive process release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fab process integration; technology development experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fab quality systems.
• Good interpersonal, teamwork, self-management, and goal-oriented skills.
• Good written and spoken English, including reading and writing.
