Product Quality & Reliability Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop, apply, revise, maintain, and test product quality and reliability standards aligned with customer expectations.
• Design and implement product inspection, testing, and quality evaluation methods and procedures.
• Develop and execute quality and reliability test plans, perform failure analysis, FMECA, reliability modeling, ERAMS, and PQP activities at suppliers.
• Gather and evaluate operational and test data and prepare testing documentation.
• Develop project methodologies, parameters, and proposals and contribute to quality and reliability projects and programs.
• Coach, mentor, and train target organizations on quality and reliability processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience applying technical judgment to solve quality and reliability problems.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and provide informal guidance to team members.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
