Location: CO-Arvada, United States; care provided at assigned hirify.global Centers

Salary: $220,000–$260,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees through an employer-sponsored direct primary care model.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and acute and chronic disease management.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 800–1,000 patients.
• Build long-term patient relationships through 30–60-minute appointments and high-touch service.
• Use electronic medical records and population management tools to support quality clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and at least two Advanced Practice Providers.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school and complete residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine plus Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify.
• Active state medical license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• DEA certification preferred; a dispensing license may be required under state regulations.
• Professional experience and alignment with a patient-centered primary care model.
