Primary Care Physician (Telemedicine)

Location: Fully remote, but must reside in the United States and deliver all care from within the US. Shifts are 4–6 hour blocks, Monday–Friday, between 7 AM and 7 PM MT; weekend and evening expansion is underway.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities.

What you will do

• Deliver adult primary care through synchronous video appointments and asynchronous chat-based triage.
• Provide urgent, acute, and primary care for a diverse patient population, including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with medical and surgical subspecialists to coordinate patient care.
• Use Athena, Zoom, Zendesk, Slack, and Nabla scribe AI to support documentation, routing, scheduling, and clinical decision-making.
• Help build clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes for a scalable care delivery model.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• At least 2 years of primary care clinic experience, with significant outpatient adult medicine experience.
• Active, unrestricted US medical license with multi-state eligibility; must reside and practice from within the United States.
• Eligibility to see Medicare and Medicaid patients, either through existing enrollment or willingness to enroll as a participating provider.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and technology-driven clinical workflows; a DEA license is required for credentialing.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborative work in a rapidly changing startup environment.

• Experience working in an early-stage startup or building new clinical programs.
