Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Vancouver, BC, at the Vancouver-400 Burrard 12th banking centre; applicants must reside in the BC Lower Mainland and be legally eligible to work in Canada. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, provide tailored advice, and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to support client goals and financial planning.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres.
• Client-first mindset, goal orientation, critical thinking, relationship-building, and attention to detail.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
