Principal Performance Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: On-site or remote, based in Amman, Jordan or Cairo, Egypt.

What you will do

• Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting.
• Build account-based and intent-driven campaigns targeting enterprise segments in MENA.
• Test bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve ROI and pipeline efficiency.
• Support SEO, generative engine optimization, landing page performance, and conversion rate optimization.
• Optimize inbound lead flows, nurture journeys, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions.
• Maintain accurate tracking and attribution from first touch through qualified opportunity and revenue.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B performance or growth marketing experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise technology.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, attribution, funnel analytics, SEO, CRO, and web analytics.
• Experience optimizing campaigns through data analysis and performance insights.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing.
• Experience in MENA markets is preferred; Arabic and English are advantageous.
