Associate, Performance, Egypt (Paid Media)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic advertising channels.
• Develop and present paid performance proposals that support client growth and secure client buy-in.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing bidding strategies for clients across the MENA region.
• Collaborate with operations teams to achieve campaign KPIs, provide optimization guidance, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Lead client discussions on bidding strategies, advertising best practices, and campaign performance.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews with performance insights, key successes, and data-driven growth recommendations.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, including MMP, Analytics360, Campaign Manager, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cairo, Egypt, with office attendance around four days per week.
