Performance Associate (Marketing): Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic channels with an accent on bidding strategies and technical setup. Focus on driving client business growth through data-driven insights, attribution modeling, and high-impact performance proposals.

Location: Hybrid (Cairo, Egypt) - teams are in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Lead the planning and optimization of paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic channels.
• Develop innovative performance proposals and implement tailored bidding strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients in the MENA region.
• Collaborate with operations teams to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs through proactive optimization.
• Manage client onboarding and technical setup across various bidding platforms.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews to provide growth recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional digital projects, including attribution modeling and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) implementations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Expertise in designing and articulating effective bidding strategies for clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable solutions from complex data.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and tracking ecosystems (MMP, Analytics360, Campaign Manager).
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
