Social Media Specialist

Location: Amman, Jordan; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Own the monthly social media calendar, including content planning, copywriting, design briefing, stakeholder alignment, scheduling, and reporting.
• Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns from concept through post-campaign analysis.
• Manage LinkedIn and other paid advertising campaigns, including budgets, targeting, tracking, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Manage regional communities and create timely, on-brand responses to inquiries.
• Produce B2B content for the MENA region in English and Arabic, including blogs, ebooks, customer stories, case studies, brochures, event materials, and landing pages.
• Localize global content, manage Arabic website publishing and on-page SEO, identify content gaps, and conduct competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media and content marketing within B2B technology, SaaS, or a comparable industry.
• Proven ability to independently own and execute social media strategy from calendar planning through reporting.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong writing skills across long-form customer stories and short social media copy.
• Experience with SEO and CMS publishing, such as WordPress, plus working knowledge of HTML and web traffic metrics.
• Native-level Arabic and full professional proficiency in English are required.
