Sr HR Systems & Data Analyst II (Web3)

Location: Remote in the United States, Canada, or LATAM. Applications from candidates based in France, Italy, or Germany cannot be considered.

Salary: $122,000–$183,000 USD annually for US-based candidates. Compensation outside the US is determined by location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Own ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, custom fields, system health, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Translate business requirements into configured, tested, documented, and adopted HR systems and processes.
• Lead HR systems and data projects, product-release rollouts, change management, and process automation using AI-assisted tools.
• Maintain SOX controls, access reviews, audit evidence, data governance, audit logs, and compliance documentation.
• Build custom People reports and executive dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable information to Finance, FP&A, Legal, and People leadership.
• Support employees and managers, cyclical operations, payroll close, open enrollment, compensation cycles, reorganizations, and year-end processes.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise configuring and administering ADP Workforce Now, including workflows, reports, security roles, and integrations.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
• Experience owning business process design from requirements through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch validation.
• Experience with process automation, AI-assisted tooling, data management, custom reporting, and data audits.
• SOX or audit compliance experience, including controls and audit evidence.
• Strong project management, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
