Sr. Currency Administration Product Development Specialist

Salary: $85,000–$130,000 base salary per year plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Support product development efforts across the global foreign exchange business line.
• Review, prepare, and document business requirements for currency administration development initiatives.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities, recommend business solutions, and support strategic product planning.
• Create test scenarios and cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee systems testing against business requirements.
• Manage product development initiatives from inception through implementation, ensuring delivery within agreed cost and scope.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across Systems, Risk, FX, Operations, and client service teams.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements, product proposals, and business and technical workflows.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange trading instruments.
• Exceptional proficiency with Excel, VBA, and other coding languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, consultative, advisory, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fund accounting or currency administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and standard desktop tools.
