Logistics Coordinator (8592)

What you will do

• Receive and process customer shipment orders for export and import operations.
• Book freight with nominated carriers according to customer carrier guidelines.
• Coordinate warehousing, transportation, documentation services, and related quotations.
• Coordinate with truckers to collect empty containers, arrange customer-site stuffing, and move laden containers to the port.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, letters of credit, and final shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment documentation for clearance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in shipment coordination and export/import logistics.
• Ability to coordinate carriers, truckers, warehouses, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Ability to manage shipment orders and documentation accurately and on time.
