Import Compliance Specialist / Licensed Customs Broker

What you will do

• Review import shipment documentation from customers and suppliers to identify and resolve errors and compliance issues.
• Assist with Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification and review ACE data, including PGA data.
• Conduct file audits and monitor the import dashboard for pending shipments.
• Prepare monthly metrics and quarterly business reports.
• Support internal and external audit findings related to trade compliance, import and export classifications, and accurate government filing.
• Determine root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and implement process improvements, automated solutions, training, and lean procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with import compliance and customs brokerage activities.
• Knowledge of HTS classification and import documentation review.
• Ability to review ACE and PGA data and support accurate government filings.
• Ability to conduct compliance audits, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FDA ACE coding.
