Customer Service Representative (Nano Purification Solutions)

Location: On-site at the nano facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

What you will do

• Process sales orders for multiple accounts, checking pricing, materials, ship-to addresses, and shipping requirements.
• Support customers by phone with order status, pricing, lead times, product availability, shipping details, and problem resolution.
• Process credit and RMA requests and help manage invoices.
• Review weekly open sales order reports and follow up on aging orders and back-orders.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, taxes, freight charges, and product availability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Shipping, Purchasing, and Sales to resolve issues and provide updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Associate degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Customer-service orientation, independence, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong data-entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems and associated components.
