Sr Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Create and process RMAs, sales orders, and customer quotes.
• Communicate with external customers and resolve questions or concerns.
• Work closely with Field Sales Engineers.
• Coordinate with Calibration and Production teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and time effectively with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Five years of customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and practices.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, plus Outlook and other Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds periodically.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Continuous improvement experience, including Lean or Six Sigma.
