What you will do
- Partner with senior and executive stakeholders to understand APAC growth plans, business objectives, and capability gaps.
- Translate market-entry and expansion plans into scalable, data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for senior, critical, and hard-to-hire engineering and commercial roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies and adapt hiring approaches to local APAC market conditions while maintaining a consistent global hiring bar.
- Shape and localise the employer value proposition through events, content, communities, referrals, and social presence.
- Forecast hiring needs, measure recruitment performance, and improve TA processes, tools, and operating models across the region.
Requirements
- Experience as a strategic talent acquisition partner leading full-cycle hiring for engineering and go-to-market roles in high-growth technology environments.
- Experience supporting new market entries and rapid scaling across the APAC region.
- Credibility partnering with senior leaders and executives as a trusted talent advisor and business partner.
- Strong understanding of APAC talent dynamics, sourcing strategies, cultural considerations, and competitive intelligence across multiple countries.
- Consultative, commercially minded approach and comfort operating with ambiguity and complexity.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience in aerospace, defence, robotics, or deep tech.
