Technical Recruiter (AI)

hirify.global is building an autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex production system issues end-to-end.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, AI research, infrastructure, backend, full stack, frontend, and security.
• Partner with founders, the Head of People & Talent, and hiring managers to understand business needs, roadmaps, and role requirements.
• Build strategic sourcing campaigns using creative outreach, referrals, talent mapping, and events.
• Define foundational recruiting processes, including interview loops, scorecards, scheduling workflows, and best practices.
• Share talent-market insights and funnel data to improve hiring decisions and conversion metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and experiment with new sourcing channels and automation tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startup environments.
• Proven success hiring across multiple technical domains, including experience recruiting AI/ML or research talent.
• Strong business acumen and technical intuition for assessing candidates who build scalable systems.
• Highly autonomous, self-starting, resourceful, and action-oriented.
• Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must work on-site in San Francisco.
