Corporate Finance Manager, Enterprise Functions / SG&A (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. Applicants must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain required export authorizations under ITAR and EAR regulations.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 USD base salary annually, excluding benefits and bonus/incentive.

What you will do

• Own the consolidation, annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range planning cycle for corporate SG&A.
• Manage the Functional Cost capability in the One Voyager Vena enterprise planning model, including dimensions and consolidation.
• Partner with enterprise function leaders on spend visibility, variance analysis, planning discussions, and executive reporting.
• Build financial models connecting SG&A leverage, revenue growth, gross margin expansion, and the target of becoming AEBITDA positive at the end of Q4 2027.
• Evaluate enterprise-function investments through ROI, payback, scenario, and trade-off analyses.
• Prepare Board- and investor-ready SG&A, profitability, guidance, and performance materials while using AI tools to improve analysis and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with direct ownership of corporate SG&A or enterprise-function budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Hands-on proficiency with Vena or a comparable EPM/CPM platform, including model building, dimension management, and consolidation.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude or comparable large language models for financial analysis and deliverables.
• Experience building multi-driver financial models, investment cases, ROI and payback analyses, and scenario plans.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, SG&A cost-structure expertise, and executive communication skills for VP-, Board-, and investor-facing audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth, pre-profitability, recently public technology, defense, or aerospace company.
• Experience with EBITDA bridge analysis, burn-rate management, Board reporting, investor relations, or external guidance.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA.
• Advanced NetSuite or comparable ERP proficiency.
• Familiarity with defense, aerospace, national security, FAR Part 31 cost principles, and indirect cost structures.
