What you will do
- Maintain and update company forecasts and annual budgets across departments.
- Partner with team leads and TeamOps on headcount, project budgets, and capital spending.
- Support monthly close by reviewing expenses, validating accruals, and reconciling results with accounting.
- Track and analyze KPIs against financial and operational goals.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and models for stakeholders and leadership.
- Improve finance processes and tools by building dashboards and streamlining reports.
Requirements
- 2β3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related business role in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data visualization, and pivot tables, plus PowerPoint proficiency.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, including inventory, labor and overhead absorption, and non-GAAP metrics such as EBITDA and adjusted earnings.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, especially PLEX, or other financial software.
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or high-growth technology environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally in dynamic organizations.
