What you will do

• Support portfolio, program, and project management activities aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Coordinate deliverables, project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, requirements, resources, quality, and communications.
• Monitor project execution, change controls, risks, mitigations, and delivery against established goals.
• Track and report OKRs, KPIs, program performance, capacity planning, vendor performance, and financial forecasts through dashboards and analytics tools.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate initiative status to executive management.
• Oversee 1–2 large initiatives and indirectly coordinate approximately 10–20 business and technology staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of proven project management experience, or 12 years of combined higher education and work experience including 8 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Microsoft Project, and Teams.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps Suite.
• Strong project management methodology knowledge and experience leading business-driven initiatives using Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, influencing, consensus-building, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints and collaborate effectively with clients, management, peers, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
